The mega menu can be only one depth deep, so you cannot create sub items for the sub-items.

You have to look again. there is submenu on menu and NOT show. Why? Please check the megamenu.

Use one prebuilt website for one menu Item (ie: About Us) and another prebuilt website for Services.

Please, go to Appearance -> Menus, open Screen Options, see if you have Description checked there, and the Description field will appear in your menu items.

It is placed in the Action Bar. To remove/change it, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Menu & Action Bar -> Action bar.

The hamburger menu is there, but it has the same color as the background.
