Logo and burger menu move down a bit (distance), but only in mobile view.

The plugin developer has tested a staging site and let us know that BeTheme has a "Client" menu that uses the same rewrite slug as their plugin which is causing a conflict.

Unfortunately, there is no option to achieve that with the Overlay menu.

As you can see the logo and the menu toggle button are not in the same element and this cause a graphic issue as the logo is put below the toggle menu bar.

If you want to transform the column items into a visual editor, open the builder settings, and there you will find an option to achieve that.

It is just missing the menu so I cant really show an image.

Can you try to use a narrower logo for mobile display and check if the hamburger menu appears, please?

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Shop -> General, and from Slider dropdown menu choose Main Shop Page.

the responsive side slide menu closes too quickly when clicking on the higher menu item to reach underneath items. So it is impossible to reach the 2nd level menu items.

The mobile/tablet hamburger style menu is gone. I do not know when it happened but it is not there anymore.
