I am creating a website with the BeTheme theme and I have created a menu with several sub-elements, which when passing over them appear in a drop-down menu.

What is super strange is that it is not consistent.... usually it will give me 4-8 errors when I click edit and then finally open so that I can edit. I clear cache, refresh, try again and it will work

That space is because of the logo you are using, it's pushing the menu (notice the space you highlighted).

Also, on mobile version, is possible to hide the search and button on the screen (take a look at pic, inside the menu where it shows is fine, just right below the logo I would like to hide).

This is proper behavior, because it's inserted in the Top Bar Right, which always drops down on mobile menu.

When the site is responsive it creates a white space above the menu and below the black and white photo - that is not there in tablet or desktop view:
