Now my whole website made with the prebuilt BePress website changed. The Menu looks weird and different and my original home page is not the same .

Please, open the section options, and check the option Equal height | items in wrap.

Are you sure that you check Open in new window and click on Save Changes?

Because I have visited your website, and the menu items are highlighted when you click on them, and the current-menu-item class is still there.

The only way to check what pre-built website was used is to open the Media Library and check the titles of the images.

When you scroll all the way down and then go slowly over the menu underline (not for active Menuitems) from below then the menu is flickering to white and back a few times...

In Appearance / Menus / Manage Locations the input Social Menu Bottom | depth 1 was filled with a menu. I removed it and social links are back!
