I'm not able to see any section with SR. Even if I delete every section, the menu, all widgets, I got an empty page with SR.

If you created your slider with Slider Revolution, you can just move content down, and leave space behind menu blank.

You must base on setting from: "Betheme > Theme Options > Responsive > Header" or create your menu in Header Builder.
