We have something like "Action Bar", to set it up, please go to the Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar and tick on the "Show above the head

The header builder limits a lot of the options for the menu, so it is quite annoying to use. But is there any way to center the menu without the header builder plugin?
