Another issue is related to the menu on mobile: The menu is not sticky, although I had sticky menu ticked in the dashboard.

With that amount of menu items nearly all of the devices will have problems to display it.We suggest to use the hamburger menu (header simple) or overlay menu as a primary menu.

Your menu is linked to the page without the "?lang=en", that's why it has to redirect first.To prevent that, you would have to change the menu for other language.
