Hi,The secondary menu is created only for the "Split Menu" type.BeTheme does not have functionality to display secondary menu below the main menu.

1. Adding a new Page to the Menu, crashes the Menu in the Frontend and the Content of that Page is placed over all other pages. So its Text within text, super weired.

It's not a good way to remove that, but I've made other CSS which will display the black background for your menu.
