Hi,You can change the colors of header and main menu in the Theme Options > Colors > HeaderTop Bar Left is the Main Menu, and Header is the header.

Also, your menu has the "loading" class, that means there is some plugin conflict.

It changed the color to red, but you have to change the background color to #fbf9fa.I gave you just the example.Thanks
