1) If you load posts automatically for the blog page by setting it under Settings > Reading, then you have to change font sizes under Theme Options > Fonts.

Another thing I don't understand about this page, why the editing I do from bebuilder

On the blog page, I can't change the elements/posts as they appear on you (in the navigator there is no possibility to select blog an go to the settings)
