The left screen is what is appearing on iPhone, need to scroll down a bit in order to display normal menu, that means it hides the section Technology for some reason, any method to fix that?

Its the general submenu symbol on the mobile menu of every website.  How do you change it?The one on this theme is virtually impossible to see to indicate submenus.

We installed a prebuilt site and when we open the pages, the entire section with the page data is not there nor is Muffin Builder.What would cause this?
