Theme Options not working

Hi,

I have 2 BeTheme websites. One was installed back in November, another one for today.

For the one back in November, I was able to make customizations to the Theme Options page. But ever since an update was made in early December, I couldn't access the theme options. Menu option items on that page is clickable but each option item is empty. I've updated to the latest version of the theme, still having the same problems.

Today I installed a new website with the latest BeTheme, same thing. See below. No other plugins were installed. (This is actually a 2nd fresh install of the WP and Theme).

Help?

One more thing, I've tried this with both sites, if I install Visual Composer, it'll cause a conflict to the Theme Options page as well. It'll crash the page.

Hi,

if Muffin Options are empty after installation, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:
