Theme Setting is not showing in admin

hi,

today morning i upgraded wordpress to latest version and on sudden theme setting is not visible in admin.screenshot attached below. below are the website admin details

Hi,

if Muffin Options are empty after installation, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:

thank you for your reply. i just deactivated couple of unwanted plugins and its worked.

Sorry but i was wrong problem still exits. i have many theme purchased from themeforest from none of them i had faced this issue. now i dont know why im facing such issue only for this theme. if i try to add just a simple one line css and muffin options get dissapear. i tried solution in you both links but it doesnt work for me.

i have requested server guys to increase memory limit
