It doesn't work on Wordpress 100%

I have a little issue with my BeTheme. I have installed betheme and betheme child, but when I work with it I have to save always twice to get the saved options on my webpage. For example I choose in fonts Raleways and click on save, wordpress loads and I just see the sidebar with Global, Header & Subheader, Menu & Actionbar ... but not more the options when I click on them. When I click again on Save the wordpress page loads and all the options are back but my font is resetted to Arial.
When someone knows how to solve this I would be very happy

if Muffin Options are empty after installation, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:

P.S. We suggest to check Appearance > System Status section to see what limits you got on server side.
