BeTheme Options blank after install

Hye,

As in the title, I can't go to BeTheme Options, because its blank for me. There is also a problem with BeTheme Demo Data, when I try to import an existing demo, the Showcase, its start thinking/working then nothing happens.. page goes blank, no error, no OK. After reload the site didn't change, but when I try to import again it shows 'overwrite' lines..

Here is the red lines from system status: 

WP Memory Limit:40 MB - We recommend setting memory to at least 128MB. 

PHP Time Limit:30 - We recommend setting max execution time to at least 180.

PHP Max Input Vars:1000 - Max input vars limitation will truncate POST data such as menus.

The trick and the sad thing is that Im not able and allowed to change anything on server side.

Hi,

if Muffin Options are empty after installation, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:

Hi,

I made a php.ini file and added a [ define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M') ] line to wp-config.php;which solved the memory probelm.

php.ini contains these lines :

memory_limit = 128M

max_input_vars = 10000

max_execution_time = 180

The other 2 will be hard, because when I modify the .htaccess file with this line: 

php_value max_execution_time 180

I get an internal server error. Any suggestions?

If you get an Internal Server Error, then you need to contact with your admin because it's server issue. It's nothing related with our theme.

Yeah, but sadly I can't do anything with that. Except, I made a XAMPP server on my PC and manage the site there, until server subscription is over.
