BeTheme options revert to default after update page load fail

Hi Guys, I'm just working on a BeTheme 11.9 install and whilst updating some options in the BeTheme Options panel the page crashed, when I refreshed browser and regained connection all settings from BeTheme had been reverted to default with exception of a few such as logos, and favicons etc, all font family settings, colours, sizes, and a few other settings had wiped themselves, is this something that you can advise on?  

I'd previously had a muffin builder page save error that was due to max_input_vars being set too low on the php.ini file but this server is set to 1000, would this be causing the betheme main theme options page to fail?

Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated

Hi Guys, just a quick update, I've been working on the site again all day and the issue has happened again, when simply updating the shop to 'Catalogue Mode' on 'Save Changes' the page crashed showing an 'Error_Connection_Reset' warning with the outcome being all settings lost again... any ideas?

Hi,

if Muffin Options are empty after installation or does not save as they should, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:
