Please help to solve some annoying bugs!

Hi!

I`m experiencing some annoying bugs. It could be in connection with my hosting pack. Actually the whole issue started with the Theme installation. I always got an error message ("Are you sure want to do this...") so I uploaded the BeTheme manually via FTP.

- After that I!ve imported the demo datas (only the default layout) but some sections are missing.

- I can customize the Theme because the BeTheme Options section is actually empty. I do not see the customization options at all. (I tried to inactivate all my plugins but that doesn!t work.)

I attach two screenshots (One to show my experienced issues, and the other one to show my hosting pack´s server options. I can´t increase these limits in this package.)

PS: Currently I´m using Betheme´s 12.1 version.

Hi,

if Muffin Options are empty after installation, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:
