Next steps after downloading theme

I have purchased the (themeforest-7758048-betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme-wordpress-theme) on my PC and don't know what is the next step to build my website? I am not a professional on that field so what i would like to ask, is what are next steps after downloading the them using FTP or some other softwares ?
