Problems with BeTheme Options - Changes are not being saved

Hi,

I have a problem with saving changes in the BeTheme Options Panel:

After changing an Option and pressing "save changes" once, the Panel reloads but remains blank. Even when i click on a Menu Bar ("Global", "Header" ect.) the Options do not show. All I can do is clicking on "save changes" a second time, then the Menu Options re-appear but the option I had changed (for example "Align Menu to Right") is back to default setting. 

Can you please tell me what is wrong?

Hi,

if Muffin Options are empty after installation or does not save, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:

P.S. All server limits you can check under Appearance > System Status section.

@wokabout We have no idea because we do not have any option to reset options automatically. Maybe it's due to plugin or database saving? Did you asked your admin if he saw anything in the logs? Because it's the only way to find the culprit.
