Loading Theme on WordPress doesnt work

Hello,

I bought today one of you Themes.

I installed one of your grate Themes, after that i wanted to upload this Theme on my Wordpress, but it doesnt work.

I have only a Mac. Maybe is this the problem that the Theme works only with Microsoft ?

Please help me Support

Hi,

it does not matter if you use Microsoft or Mac. We use both and all is fine. Can you explain what is the problem and what exactly does not work?

Hi,

if I go to Download and download your Theme it works good, but if I want to UPLOAD this Theme on my WordPress-Theme to take the Theme for my Homepage it doesn´t work you know what I mean?

Hi Muffingroup, one week ago I bought the "Betheme", but it don´t work. If I go into my Wordpress account of the site www.g-tail.nl. And go to upload new theme. I click on the theme I downloaded, the Zipfile of themeforest. But several times I tried and it don´t react after uploading.

If I create a new WordPress Account. At first I have only a demo background.

But if anywhere want a Theme background he must to UPLOAD the THEME on WordPress.

I go to

Theme - Upload and put the Zip data from your Theme that I installed on your platform in.

But after he Upload the Zip data of your Theme, there appear a text: Error, please try it again.

Why it doesnt work ?

This message means that you have limits on server side and this is the reason why theme can not be uploaded. So or you will contact with your admin so he can increase limits for you or you need to upload theme without plugins.
