Can I control the submenu open delay and animation for Muffin Menu Widget?

See the page at "http://youvictours.com/jordan/". In the sidebar, I am using Muffin Menu Widget with the option "Submenus" set to "Show on hover". It is very fast and confusing. Specialty when you open the first tall submenu and go to another one.
