Unable to edit in options BeTheme

I can't anything edit in options in BeTheme. I already switched off the cache at the hosting company because sometimes can cause the problem. but still excist!

Can you give me any solution how to solve this? webiste is under construction

Thanks but nothing is working! your policy has a return of funds if is not work> I purchased but cannot do anything with it!

Both settings are not working, and hoster also not know what to do!

I would like have refunds back

If you want to refund then you must contact with envato as you purchased theme from them, not from us. We are only author. But as we wrote above this problem is related with your hosting, not theme and we can't be responsible for the settings on your side.
