Cant find a image to delete

Hi, my website is carvalhopolis.kinghost.net

I cant find this image to delete(468x60) just above the logo, seems like its already deleted on the media but its appearing only for mobile.

Im using BePress demo.

And by the way, i put my Favicon on the site identity but looks like its only appearing on the panel and not when i visit the site..

Hi,

This in a banner image. Please go to theme options>header&subheader>extras and scroll all the way down. There you will see a banner field, make it blank and save changes.

Favicon must be uploaded as a .ico image, did you do that ?

Btw my Betheme Options on the carvalhopolis.mg.gov.br inst working, its not showing the options and when it shows it is not saving, what can be?

if Muffin Options are empty after installation or does not save as should, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:
