Since the last BeTheme update I have a new big Problem - I cannot have Menu and Fullscreen

Hi there.

I Have bought BeTheme and was happy and created a new WEB for my company.

We have a lot of products and services for our customers, bit since the last BeTheme update all my pages and subpages are boxed and In the menu disappeared the pointers, that there are subthemes (pages) 

When I change on Responsive=ON I have back the fullscreen on my pages but there is no menu at all.

Yesterday I have installed the "Max mega menu" and on some subpages I have the submenu again, but not in Fullsreen mode, I have to switch off the Responsive...

I spent now 3 days to try everything but no result...

Help me please.

Did you have a look on my WEB?

Do you have a solution for my problem with the Fullscreen and mainly for the Menu/submenu?

In the meantime i tried to use "Creative: Always Open" design, it showed up the menu, but it did not show where are submenus :-(

But how can I change this and what should I do now? 

I am not programing, I am only a user and I ude your Program, because I can do anything just the way just click on some options and dont have to do any programing...

Go to theme options>customcss&js>css and paste what I just wrote. Remember to save.

So I put it there and saved but no change :-(

What can I do now? 

Only in  Creative: Always Open there is a menu on the left side but without the submenu... what a pitty

thank you. Ok I did it, Now I have got back the fullscrren view, but still there are no submenus, even on the other pages (not mainpage) there are no submenus and also the pointers, that there are submenu are nor visible...

I m sorry that I have to write again and again, but I want only a working WEB page...

Can you help me please also with the submenu?

One more problem occured in the meantime, I cannot edit some of the pages at all... i click on the pencil but the window where I can make some changes does not open or if i opens I do my corrections and want to save the page, but my changes disappear and it is as it was before changes...

Please update your theme, check if your PHP version it must be more than 5.4

Disable all plugins and cache.

If Muffin Options are empty after installation or does not save as should, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:

Thank you this last info did help me and It is on my notebook with Win10 on Chrome ok.

BUT, still my web page on Windows 10 / Edge and on for example my iPad with Safari or Chrome on iPad is not workin korrektly,

On the iPad all the sliders that I use just dont show up. the places where they are are empty...

Can you give me an advise or help what I can do with this problem please?
