Website Redesign - Outdated

I'm trying to redesign my company's website based on a few of the featured demo options on the BeTheme website (Holding, Agency 2, and Corporation). To do so, I've been going through BeTheme's many video tutorials and instructions... 

However, all of my files and themes seem outdated (I purchased the theme in 2014). For example, the demo themes I mentioned don't even seem to exist in my version of the theme. If I want these new formats, do I have to re-purchase BeTheme? Or can I just re-download updated versions of these files?

Update: I logged into Themeforest and downloaded the new BeTheme files. Then, under the "Themes" tab of my Wordpress dashboard, I tried to install the new files (screenshot attached). 

However, something keeps going wrong and saying that the installation failed. Not sure what to do at this point...

If you bought betheme once you will have lifetime updates. Just go to themeforest and download the newest version of betheme.
