SEO in muffin builder only for a page

I have on a sub-page different text fields, which I would like to make readable about SEO. However, only this sub-page is to be activated without affecting the functions (Accordion, Pricing). What do I need to activate?

Can I also switch back into the muffin builder modus? Without losing the functions and the structure?
