How to set the post's featured image to be full width

Hello,

Could you please tell me how to do that. I have tried different settings in Theme Settings / Blog ... / Featured Image. Also tried with different image's sizes, but the result is always the same - the featured image is not full width (even when it is wider than the page). Please see the screenshot.
