How to set the post's featured image to be full width

Hello,

Could you please tell me how to do that. I have tried different settings in Theme Settings / Blog ... / Featured Image. Also tried with different image's sizes, but the result is always the same - the featured image is not full width (even when it is wider than the page). Please see the screenshot.

Hi,

You can make post image full width, even with Custom CSS.

It require additional edit of HTML files which we do not support.
