Tabs inside of a tab?

Is there a way to add a tab inside of a tab? I'm attempting to create a website like this:
https://www.mcmaster.com/

Hi,
It's not possible with our item tab.
But, you can recreate the first page with column items, to be similar to tabs and then, inside other page insert a tab or create the subpage(second page) to look like first one.
