Setting up Blog Page

Hello, I am having difficulty setting up my Blog page. I have used settings>reading to set my Home page to static and Posts page to Blog. I have built th ewhole site in WP Bakery / VC and am now trying to build my blog page but it continues to show this:

Please disable all of the plugins(without vc), clear cache and check if the issue exists.
