Lost pre-built website template

I already installed betheme zip in my WordPress Localhost, but unfortunately can't find the below pre-built website https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/kids/  

Even though it is present in the live preview link.

Hi,

You have to update BeTheme to the newest version.

All new pre-built websites appear while updating the theme.

Hi,

I have the same problem with all new pre-built website... 

In the pre-build websites page I see the thumb until "Wedding Videos" Website, after all thumb are white... 

When I try to instal one of this pre-built website it don't works... Be theme version is 20.9.8.1

Can you help me...?

Your global value is lower than local.

The local value is always limited to the global, so, what I want to tell is

if your global value is 1000, but local 5000, then local will be limited to 1000.

Please contact your hosting provider, ask him about increasing these values.

After this, everything will work fine.
