Problem with update theme

i have problem with update theme. It shows me:

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package does not contain files.

Turning off maintenance mode ...

All updates have been made.

What is wrong?

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hello, 

I have the same problem. 

The latest update of 2 plugins worked for my website (revolution slider and WPBakery page builder), with the 4.9 wordpress version.

But for the website of one client, I did the Wordpress update 5.0 and then WordPress required the update of these two plugins and now I have the same message as skowyra.

Every one of my websites has its own licence.

I already try to disable all of the plugins and clear the cache.

Please deregister and register your license on your website.

Then, try to update this plugin like 3-4 times.

Hello, I tried to do what you say but the deregister is not working, and I have this message : 

Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page: https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup

What can I do ?
