Mobile menu missing

Hi, I have two websites(so far) that the mobile menu/responsive menu has gone missing. One site(https://mediamanaged.com) has not had any changes in months, the other(https://unclejayspond.com) has, but both exhibit the same behavior. When sizing down the browser, or viewing on mobile, the menu is just gone.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Just got done doing just that. It looks like Hummingbird from WPMUDEV was the culprit. Ended up disabling the CDN option for now.
