Mobile menu missing

Hi, I have two websites(so far) that the mobile menu/responsive menu has gone missing. One site([Links visible only for registered users]) has not had any changes in months, the other([Links visible only for registered users]) has, but both exhibit the same behavior. When sizing down the browser, or viewing on mobile, the menu is just gone.
