Can't copy my content with WPML

Dear Support team,

in my website I am using WPML for my multiligual website. I have create the content with Muffin Builder, however, it is not possible to copy the content created in original language by Muffine builder to another language.

I have contacted with WPML support, they told me muffin builder is not compatible with our plugine.

please help me with this problem

Hi,

What do you mean by "muffin builder is not compatible with our plugine."

That is not true, the WPML plugin is fully compatible with the BeTheme.

But it have to be configured before using that plugin.

Dear Sir,

I am using Betheme for long time and I have setup all of plugin. The content which I created by Muffin Builder in original language can't be copied by WPML . I have tried many times even I have showed to WPML.

I can share the Admin panel with you to check it. and you will see it

Yes, but if you'll click the "Overwrite with XYZ language" (http://prntscr.com/n92gyn), then it will copy the content from the primary language, so you will be able to translate it.

Thanks Pablo for your kind response. I have done it many times but it is not working. I am totally familiar with WPML and Betheme. I have threewebsitese which is WPML is active. I don't know why the WPML is not working in Bethem.

Is your theme and wordpress up to date?

Did you try to use this "Overwrite" option with all of the plugins (without the WPML) disabled?

Remember, to clear the cache of your browser after disabling all of the plugins (without WPML)

Dear Pablo,

I had been registered the theme, however, we changed the domain of theme 2 months ago. Now when I try to register the code, saying:

PURCHASE CODE IS ALREADY USED, PLEASE DEREGISTER PURCHASE CODE AND REMOVE THEME FOLDER ON Turkeyimmigration.com

It is the same theme, just the domain is changed

If you are having issues with deregistering your license key, want to
manage your license key or most important, you want to deregister a
website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to
this topic:

There you will find instructions and a link to our license tool.

After that, you should be able to register the license key properly.

It looks like your server is missing some rights which are required to make the theme work fine.

Please contact your hosting provider, he should recognize and solve the problem after looking at this error message featured in the image above.

I switched the theme to parent(I wanted to update the parent theme), so if you'll change the theme to child, you'll get your 'estate' plugin back.

Dear Pablo,

Now you can update the main theme, however, as I told you before after updating the main theme, the website will show nothing just white page.

PLease check the website, as I mentioned before, WPML is not copying content from origin language also when we update theme, website shows white

Okay, the problem is related with the Gutenberg, we'll check what can be the problem, but for now, use this solution:

1) Edit the page:

2) Duplicate the page by ticking the "duplicate" option, then click the duplicate button and click the "update" button.

3) Then, get into that page, by clicking the pencil icon

Also, it's shouldn't affect your page speed because this tool is only creating the website, so the problem shouldn't be related to WPML

Probably, one of the other plugins is making that slowness.

It's a problem with your Child Theme, because after switching to parent, everything works fine, also I updated the Parent Theme, so all of your modifications were not touched.

But, if your theme was old, you have to change some lines in the Child Theme files, because recently we updated them.

You have to find and replace the 'mfn_opts_show()' to 'echo mfn_opts_get()' in files which were modified.
After that, everything should be working fine, we had to make that change because of the new envato rules, more about it here: https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000481243#h_674316188621522302914837

As you mentioned and specify the problem, could you please change the replace the 'mfn_opts_show()' to 'echo mfn_opts_get()' in files, as this is sensitive part of your theme.

you told me after changing that everything will working fine, my question is why didn't you change it and replace the code because the website was turned to white and this is not new website. As you mentioned it is very simple code which is need to change in Files. even I don't know where it is?!

could you please change it and show me everything is working fine?
