these changes only apply for the child theme. If you switch to the parent theme everything should be working fine. We cannot change your theme files. All files in the child theme are user modifications.
Are you trying to say that Betheme is not responsible for child theme of their product? what if the child theme is not compatible at all it is not in your responsibility?
you are saying that if child theme has problem or not you don't take any resposibility?! am I understanding correctly?
You are saying if I switch to parent theme! how is possible that a business has no customization ? how is possible to switch to parent theme?
maybe your advice is good for a person who just setup his new website by a 2 to 10 pages which is not pro.

Thank you very much for you kind attention Pablo. I really appreciate for your support with all my heart.
However, when I check the website, there are some disorder in color of elements and changes in menu:
1. in the main menu the color of selected pages shows in BLUE color, however, in theme option, COLOR section, none of the element is chosen by blue color. before changing the code it was RED. it need to be RED as chosen in the BEtheme option in COLOR section. check the link please https://www.dropbox.com/s/yszv9k1bjkunygh/Screenshot 2019-04-25 09.49.33.png?dl=0
2. the color of all buttons are changed, however, the color for button chosen is RED.
2. I click on COPY CONTENT FROM ENGLISH and then click on the Publish button. first of all it doesn't copy anything ( like before) and second when I click on publish I faced with Error database connection which doesn't happen in the past. you can find the screenshots as below
I've been on your website and I tested both ways. The steps I told you are working fine, it's duplicating your website to other languages, and you're able to translate.
Also, I tested the "COPY CONTENT FROM ENGLISH" and indeed, when using the "Classic Editor" the problem appear, but even on the 'twentynineteen' theme so that means it's not problem with the theme itself.
You would have to contact the WPML support or check your wp database settings, because this is not a theme problem.
I didn't customize anything in wp-config.php file, I only enabled the Debug mode, which cannot be source of that problem.
The second way will not work because of Gutenberg problems and even turning on the "Classic editor" won't fix that.
We strongly suggest to translate page as I showed you before:
1. Also I have check the blog of website, none of the blog content shows. in blog page it shows white page, even the Main menu doesn't show. I am sharing some link with you.
2. On the other side, in the main menu, there is a button called (CALL TO ACTION) which the button name is Properties.
I can't change the color of this button. Now it is Grey and when I hover over it, it change to RED. how can change the color of this button to RED from Grey?
I hope all is well on your end. you have showed me the route to duplicate the English main page to other languages, however, it is not working anymore. why your theme your working properly with WPML plugin. didn't your company find any solution for that so far. I am sharing the way you explained me before as below, but it is not working anymore. what should I do??
I think it happen after WPML last update
Dear Pablo, working with your theme is really tiresome, please help me a solid solution.
We strongly suggest to translate page as I showed you before:
FIRST PROBLEM: There is a big problem, I have checked the link, but, in the WPML/setting mine dashboard showing different thing?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there is no classic editor and advance editor.
SECOND PROBLEM: when I relocate the WPML language switcher in the TOP menu, the menu doesn't work properly, the dropdown doesn't show!!!!!!!
If your plugin options and wordpress look different then you should contact the WPML support team about this. We test the plugin with the theme and everything works fine. This could be either the plugin malfunctioning or other plugins are messing things up.
We cannot know for sure, but the WPML team should help you with this better than we.
Like Pablo mentioned above, this is not really a theme issue since it does not also work on other themes.
