BeTheme & Revolution Slider will not Update

Hi, neither BeTheme or Revolution Slider will update. it doesnt matter how many times I click on the Update or clear History/cookies/Cache etc. Please can you advise?

So I used the link above. The purchase code is registered to a 'building' host domain not the domain my website is now using. Do I deregister in Wordpress, BeTheme, Dashboard? And then re-register using the same purchase code?

OK thanks. I deregistered both BeTheme and Slider Rev. Then re-registered both with the individual purchase codes. They have now both updated correctly.
