Hello

The popup form appears behind the page content.

The 'Volunteer' button on http://revivalinitiative.org/partner-with-us/ and the 'Give' button on http://revivalinitiative.org/donate/ both have the same issues.

I spoke to the plugin developers and they tried to fix it however they came back with the following:

"Please ask the theme author to have a look and fix the CSS z-index property in the theme."

Please help resolve. Thank you.

Sorry, but this HTML element which comes with that popup is not coming from our theme.

We cannot help you with this one, we do help with the CSS, sure - but only if it comes from our theme or our supported plugins.
