You have to fill up the "Action Button" fields.

Also, the "Top Bar Right" (which is visible on the screenshot) "Hide" option, should be turned off.

Sorry, i know. But i need see the button in the top bar soory, not in principal menu. i nees to see the button in the green top bar.

You mean in the "Action Bar" ?

There is no possibility to add the button, but you can attach the menu items there.

Attach some menu (Appearance > Menus") as a "Social Top Menu" to achieve that

But, you can achieve that with our "Muffin Header Builder" which is made for this kind of purposes.
