3 of the plugins cannot be installed

Hi 

For the 3 following plugins : 

Layer Slider

Slider Revolution

WPBakery Page Builder

I cannot pursue the setup, it wont work. Nothing happen. 

Could you help please ?

Is there any error message? What do you mean by "Nothing happen".

Is your theme and wp up to date?

Also, is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

Hello 

Ive just downloaded the theme. Its hosted on siteground so I dont think there is a big problem with the server.

I have this problem. 

Can I give you here access to my wordpress ? Is my ticket public ?

cURL issues are usually related to the hosting provider - please contact him and ask about this problem.

He should recognize and fix the problem after looking at the logs and the error message.

I had the same issue updating BeTheme, hosted on Siteground.

I raised it in Siteground chat and they fixed it, advising:-

"The issue at hand was on the remote server from where the update is being downloaded. I have updated the Theme via SSH"

On asking what I can do to try and resolve it myself in future, I was advised:-

'You can try deactivating all plugins (except for the Theme related ones) [before attempting the update]'
