feature image is different in Blog slider

Hi, in this site https://sweet-streets.com/

I use blog slider. the sliders loads featured images from 2 categories. see bellow image but now the images have different sizes and aspect ratio.

I am trying to find out why the featured images shown now (see attached image) have different sizes (I have checked the two left images are 924X924 px but the blog slider shows ) .

can you tell me if some betheme option must change in order to using original featured dimensions instead of other that used now.

Hello,

That's because your featured images are not the same size.

There are many types of featured images in the theme, here are
instructions for changing them:
1. To change the size of the images used in portfolio/blog, please
navigate to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>featured image.
2. To change the size of the default WordPress gallery images, please go
to settings>media.
3. To change the woocommerce images size please go to the customizer
tool in wordpress and change it in the front-end.

Notice!
Remember to use thumbnail regeneration after you make your changes. Otherwise, the images will not change their size.

Hi i checked in previous installation of same site

that the image wrapper 255X184.21 on featured image

in the new installation with the problem the image wrapper is different for every image  255X370 255X238

Do you know how to change all wrapper to same size ?

BEFORE I HAVE DONE THE BELLOW

i do not see that thumbnail regeneration fixed the image sizes in my front page.

which is the proper way to insert featured image in a post ?

does it obligated to use  images with the same aspect ratio ?

I wonder why is different sizes the images used in portfolio/blog,  are   default: width 960 height 720

the default wp gallery images are 150X150 300X300 1024X1024

Where each of them used ?

Regenerate image creates  different sizes for every image:

image1  109x146, 150x150, 223x300, 37x50, 500x672, 56x75, 687x480, 687x500, 687x750, 687x800, 687x860, 80x80, 85x85 960X750

image2 1000x2042, 1200x480, 1280x1000, 1280x500, 147x300, 150x150, 1630x860, 1920x750, 24x50, 37x75, 500x1021, 501x1024, 72x146, 768x1200, 768x1568, 800x800, 80x80, 85x85, 960x750

when I select a featured image from media library  I see that images has diferent sizes. Next I see the images in front page (images viewed from Blog Slider ) have not the same size.

Do you have any idea for this matter ?

Hey,

you always have to check if the image sin your library are large enought. If the desired image size you set in options is larger than the original image, it will not resize/crop it.

Hi

next time using chome browser  I see again the small featured images.

when I disable  Jetpack setting "enable jetpack accelerator" the featured images shown correct (bigger sizes).

Can I use enabled jetpack accelerator in some way without lost the correct featured image size, or this is not possible with betheme?

I also noticed that using the mozilla browser the featured images shown in correct sizes with enabled jetpack accelerators!!!  how this explaind ?

Sorry, but we do not support the JetPack plugin - it's usually the source of the problems with the theme.

So, that means, we cannot help you with it at all.
