why this manual updates !!!!! auto update should be available in wordpress admin as other themes offer we get noticed and update theme then there

This is not allowed since quite long time because of different vulnerabilities. If you want your website to be safe, then auto updates are not allowed. The only tool that allow do this is named Envato Toolkit but in our opinion manual updates are the best solution.

No ,but wordpress recommend this also offer auto update in their themes and plugins ,all updates with theme and plugin we get notice in dashboard this is wordpress standard ,in latest wordpress 4.1.2 they looked into the security issue deeply . You must consider to make this autoupdate

what issue ? wordpress is using auto update in their themes and other themes also use this sensibly with no issue at all with the users ! this is wordpress standard in dashboard
