Muffin Builder sections remove suddenly

Hi Team,

I am working on betheme story pre build website. I dont know how but suddenly the last sections deleted automatically. it happened to me 4 to 5 times in this two days and i m unable to understand why? The worst thing is there is no revisions to get my data back.

Please solve this issue.

Now in this last two hours i do some change in my page and the last sections deleted automatically. i work on it again and again than suddenly last section again deleted. Please help me.

Now i have section i want to use on homepage which delete somehow. Now i import it in page using import export but its not working too

Hey,

this is the "input vars" value on your hosting which is not a high enough value and the information is not getting saved to the database.

Please contact your hosting provider and increase this value to about 5000

Bryan, One more thing i m suffering from is:

I m importing a page content to my homepage. But its not importing it. No error message etc please help me out.I think import/export is not working on that page

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him, about increasing the "PHP_Time_Limit" to 180 and please, send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which
is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact
and we will check what might be the reason.

I just update the time limit to 180 and sent my wp-admin details via themeforest contact form

So, we investigated the problem and it does not have nothing in common with the theme itself.

It looks like the server (or cloudflare) is cutting out the content while there is too much content.

We do not see anything while debugging the WP.

You should contact the hosting provider and ask him about some logs, they should be able to help you with this issue.
