Create links on a page that can link between tabs and open them when clicked

We are using tabs throughout our website site you can see and example on this page: https://leapedu.com/hofstrace/

how would I go about creating a button on the "Hofstra Overview" tab with a link on it that when clicked would open up "NAR Courses" tab on that same page?

Also can you link from to a different page and have it open up a certain tab?
