Create links on a page that can link between tabs and open them when clicked

We are using tabs throughout our website site you can see and example on this page: [Links visible only for registered users]

how would I go about creating a button on the "Hofstra Overview" tab with a link on it that when clicked would open up "NAR Courses" tab on that same page?
