Hello,

We are using the default header builder by BeTheme on our client's website and looking for a solution.

Our client needs to have their contacts shown in a pop-up window as in the following website: https://adapt.bg/en/ When you hover over their "Phones" button in the header it shows a list of contacts that you can click and then instantly call the phone. On mobile it just shows a phone icon and when clicked - instantly calls their mobile phone.

How can we do this? The BeTheme Header Builder plugin is currently not activated on the website. Can we use it to create the effect?

Of course, just create a submenu as a regular wordpress and provide the url in "Custom Link" item as a "tel:12314134"

Hello,

This doesn't actually answer my question. The method you provide me with doesn't have the same functionality as the website, provided via link.
I'm expanding on the topic of what we need to create:

1. Desktop - An Icon which has the ability to show a list of links when hovered over with the mouse. The list should contain two different numbers. I will add them as a "tel:" link
2. Mobile - A single icon, outside the menu button, which instantly calls one of the selected phone numbers.

Please give me a step-by-step guide on how to do this.

Sadly it will be not possible with the default headers of the Betheme.

You would have to use the Muffin Header Builder to achieve that, because you can create separate header for normal header, mobile header, sticky header, mobile sticky header and much more.
