Changing the loading background colour

Hello. 

i get a brown page flash-up before my slider loads. On my other sites i have the same thing. 

How do i change the background color ?? 

i thought it was in the slider settings but i think it mught be in the theme settings

Hello,

It's a 'Header background' color.

You can find it in the Theme Options > Colors > Header
