Items not correctly working

Dear support,

on some Windows computer, using Chrome, on the map the marker is not shown and the image lightbox shows an error.

Hey,

we do not offer such a possibility to add a map market under a lightbox. Could you send us a working link to the page, the one from your screenshot does not work. We need to inspect the page to know more.

thank you for your quick reply. Sorry, I probably was not clear enough. I'm dealing with two different issue.

1. The custom image used as map marker is not showing.

2. The lightbox shows an error.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check, if the issue still exists.

Also, we have to take a look at your source code, without it our hands are tied because this issue is not usual.
