Unable to Authorize Theme for Site

I deleted the theme on https://frankvelardo.staging.wpengine.com/ and the theme says it's still there, when I try to update on pizzarev.com and add the license code there. I even deleted the theme and child theme and had the same issue. Then I deleted the ENTIRE staging environment and still get the same issue. Is there a way for you to remove the license from https://frankvelardo.staging.wpengine.com so that we can add it to https://pizzarev.com/ as that is the live site. Hello,

deleting the theme does not deregister it because the license for that domain is still in our databse. Use this tool to deregister manually the removed website:
