Unable to Authorize Theme for Site

I deleted the theme on https://frankvelardo.staging.wpengine.com/ and the theme says it's still there, when I try to update on pizzarev.com and add the license code there. I even deleted the theme and child theme and had the same issue. Then I deleted the ENTIRE staging environment and still get the same issue. Is there a way for you to remove the license from [Links visible only for registered users] so that we can add it to [Links visible only for registered users] as that is the live site.
